- Where you use NoteFren: The web app at notefren.app or the iPhone app, and the version if you know it.
- The account email: The address you signed up with, so we can find your account without asking.
- What happened: What you expected, what you saw, and a screenshot if there was an error message.

- Support: Flashcard generation, scanning, sync between web and iPhone, and account access.
- Billing: Pro subscriptions, receipts, refunds, and cancellations. App Store subscriptions are managed in your Apple account settings; web subscriptions in NoteFren Settings.
- Privacy requests: Data export or account deletion. See the privacy policy for what we store.
- Press and partnerships: Interviews, reviews, school and tutoring partnerships, and affiliate questions.
